Event Pricing & Service Policies

Our pricing reflects the complete value of the experience we provide, including preparation, planning, equipment, inventory, setup, breakdown, employee wages, supplies, production costs, product costs, industry pricing, quality entertainment, professionalism, reliability, and the commitment we bring to every event.

Event Setup Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful setup, the event area must be clean, clear, and ready before our arrival.

Please make sure the setup area is free of:

Tree stumps
Pinecones
Debris
Any unsafe obstacles

Additional setup or cleanup fees may apply if the area requires extra preparation.

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions may result in cancellation of services without a refund.

Event Time & Departure

For concession services and bounce house rentals, our standard service time is up to 4 hours. At the end of the scheduled rental period, our team will begin packing and removing equipment.

Additional time may be available upon request and may require an additional fee.

Travel Fee

A $75 travel fee applies to all bookings to help cover transportation, fuel, and delivery expenses.

Payment Policy

Any remaining balance must be paid upon our arrival before setup begins.

Imaginations carnival and characters is hiring strong people to come out and set up and break down parties, you must have a ride to the events and no phones will be present during set up. please contact us at 757-940-1348 to discuss payment.

Pay the $100 deposit to confirm your booking
On the event day, have remaining balance ready to pay UPON ARRIVAL, If on the party date the party cannot happen (for any reason} and you have to rescedule there will be a $100 rescheduling fee only if the date is open and available. Advanced booking and deposits are required to secure entertainers for your special event.

The $100 deposit locks in your booking, with no refunds. (However, you can use that deposit value towards rebooking on another date if available.) The remaining balance is then due UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE ANY SET UP OR CHARACTER GETTING DRESSED, SO HAVE YOUR REMAINING BALANCE WHEN I APPROACH YOU UPON ARRIVAL.

Travel Fee:

$75 traveling fee applies for locations more than 20 minutes from Virginia Beach Oceanfront
if you live in Yorktown, Williamsburg, Petersburg, Franklin, Poquoson or any places that is outside of the 7 cities of Hampton roads within 1 hour travel, no travel fee if you order package 3 or above otherwise $100 travel fee.
