CHARACTER APPEARANCES FOR HOME VISITS AND SOCIAL PARTIES:
The actor usually arrives dressed in character, so the magic begins the moment he or she walks through your door.
Keep in mind the actor will try to park down the street, so it’s best to keep the kids from looking through the windows or peeking out front until you see the character approaching.
Activities May Include:
Meet & Greet, Pose for Photos, Singing Happy Birthday, Dancing Around, Simple Host-Planned Activities, Hugs & Handshakes and Other Spontaneous Interactions

Our priority is that your attendees — especially your little ones or guest of honor at any age — enjoy meeting a version of their favorite cartoon character at your party or celebration. The more everyone participates, the more magical the memory.
What "Up To 40 Minutes" Means:
Each party is unique. So the time will vary. The character usually makes his or her exit when the magic fades. Final time varies with the number of guests, level of guest interaction and overall interest level.
Keeping the visit short and interactive helps conjure the best magical experience.

CORPORATE EVENTS
SPECIAL APPEARANCES FOR CORPORATE & MORE FORMAL EVENTS
Treat your guests to the unique experience of meeting and interacting with a popular cartoon character impersonator.
For a changing flow of guests, it's most IMAGINABLE for your event if you schedule several characters over multiple hours.
For multiple characters and for appearances lasting longer than 1 hour, it's best to provide a changing room and a break room.
And if you do NOT have the actors change costumes during your event, they usually arrive dressed in character.
Characters will do Meet & Greet, Pose for Photos, Hugs & Handshakes and Other Spontaneous Interactions.
Parade Participation: The best use of our characters in parades is for them to walk alongside the other parade participants. Costume constraints and audience interactions usually prevent characters from keeping their designated spots in line.
Some situations may require an attendant for certain venues, navigation and/or general safety.
Our company is known for characters that draw lots of attention and excitement. Whether your guests are employees, relatives, friends or business associates, they and their families will talk about your event -- and the memories you made, for years to come.

LOGISTICS
Here are some important details to make your character appearance more IMAGINABLE:
The actor typically tries to park down the street, so it’s best to keep the kids from looking through the windows or peeking out front until you see the character approaching. The actor usually arrives dressed in character, so the magic begins the moment he or she walks up to the yard.
Adult supervision IS REQUIRED at all times!
Keep your eye on your party guests to help everyone have the best time — including our entertainers! Please prevent guests from hitting or tugging on a character or costume. The actor may end the performance if this occurs repeatedly — or if unsupervised guests make the event unsafe.
Please remember your involvement makes the event more magical for your guest of honor, especially if you're a parent or older sibling. So plan on sticking around during the special appearance to help make a memory, as well as providing the required adult supervision.
Don't forget to provide entertainers access to entrances, including parking passes where needed.
All activities may vary, subject to the limitations of each costume and the overall situation at your event. No guarantees are made that all activities will take place as planned. When planning activities for the character, keep in mind they should be simple, considering costume limitations.
We do not play themed music for any character.
Characters and live entertainers may take reasonable breaks, at their discretion. Extreme heat or other event conditions may require more frequent or longer than normal breaks for costumed characters, performers, extreme acts, clowns and other similar entertainers.
We may adjust start times for entertainers and will coordinate this with you. All live entertainment start times are subject to a 20-minute scheduling adjustment window on the day of your event.
Our entertainers, staff and crew are allowed to accept tips, but payment for extra performance hours must be made directly to IMAGINATIONS CARNIVAL AND CHARACTERS.
A number of things may affect a live performance, including weather conditions, site conditions, guest behavior, water and electric sources.
We encourage you and your guests to take photos, record video or post about our performers at your event, which you may use on social media, websites and any other positive public forum.
IMAGINATIONS CARNIVAL AND CHARACTERS DOES NOT OFFER OR PRESENT ANY LICENSED AND/OR COPYRIGHTED CHARACTERS. Our created costumed characters are inspired by classic stories or current media but have their own individual names. Any resemblance to nationally known copyrighted characters or brands is strictly coincidence, so you must not refer to them when you promote IMAGINATIONS CARNIVAL AND CHARACTERS's performers at your event.
Please ask about performance and operational details BEFORE FINALIZING your reservation, including any site conditions specific to the acts you are booking. Safety is our highest concern, and some performances require basic considerations before they begin.
NOTE: Enjoyment of entertainment is subjective, and Imaginations Carnival and Characters can only deliver performances as guided by the written invoice, so please ask about details before reserving.

Social & Birthday Parties:Up to 40 minutes-1HOUR
$198 for 1 character actor
Typical appearances last 25-30 minutes, but you have up to 40 minutes.
Drop Bys:
Up to 10 minutes
$149 for each character actor
Awesome for work surprises, small gatherings, special occasions and accomplishments.
For Corporate Events, Picnics, Community Events, Festivals, etc.:
1 Character Actor:
$225 for up to 60 minutes
after 60 minutes, $75 for each additional half hour
Parade Rate:
$300 for 60 minutes, including set up and positioning
$75 for each additional half hour or partial half hour

Availability and Fees:
Displayed rates are general guidelines reflecting the greater Hampton Roads area. A reasonable distance fee may be added if a local entertainer cannot be booked for your event.
Your unique situation or special request may cause a price adjustment. Last minute or rush bookings are subject to a service charge.
A Holiday Fee may be added for July 4th weekend, Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter or other high-demand dates. Ask your AE planner for details.
